Procedure:	Goats were immunized with highly purified chicken IgM isolated from normal chicken serum. The resulting anti IgM solid phase absorbed to make it mu-chain specific. The anti-mu was immunoaffinity purified from a chicken IgM immunosorbant and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Specifications:	The affinity purified anti-IgM mu reacts only with IgM by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. This product is suitable for ELISA and Blotting applications. Recommended starting dilution for ELISA 1:10,000. Recommended starting dilution for Western Blot: 1:2000. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
