Procedure:	Goats were immunized with highly purified chicken IgM isolated from normal chicken serum. The resulting anti IgM solid phase absorbed to make it mu-chain specific. The anti-mu was immunoaffinity purified from a chicken IgM immunosorbant and conjugated with fluoroscein isothiocyanate (FITC).
Specifications:	The affinity purified anti-IgM mu reacts only with IgM by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions. Molar F/P ratio: 3-6.
