Procedure: Goats were immunized with highly purified chicken IgM isolated from normal chicken serum. The resulting anti IgM was solid phase absorbed to make it mu-chain specific. The anti-mu chain antibody was immunoaffinity purified from a chicken IgM immunosorbant.
Specifications: The affinity purified antibodies react only with IgM by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
