Anti-Chicken IgA
(α chain specific)
Code:
AChIgA-HRP
$ 130.00 USD
Host:
Goat
Volume:
1.0 ml
Quantity:
0.5 mg
Type:
HRP conjugated
Full Name:
Horseradish peroxidase-conjugated Affinity-Purified Goat Anti-Chicken IgA (alpha-chain)
Physical State:
liquid
Concentration:
0.5 mg/ml
Diluent:
25 mM HEPES pH 7.1, 0.05M sodium chloride with 0.1% BSA, 50%glycerol
Preservative:
0.005% Thimerosal
Procedure:
Goats were immunized with highly purified chicken IgA. The antiserum was solid phase absorbed to make IgA alpha chain specific and the anti-IgA antibodies were immunoaffinity purified and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Specifications:
The affinity purified anti-IgA alpha reacts with IgA in serum and secretions. It does not react with IgM, IgY or light chains by IEP analysis. The conjugate, when tested in a sandwich ELISA against 1 ug chicken IgA as sample could be diluted 1:5000 to produce an O.D.=1.0 in a 30 minute reaction using TMB as substrate. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
Storage:
4°C, or -20°C for long-term storage. Do not freeze-thaw often.
Expiration Date:
0000-00-00
Note:
For research use only.
