Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with Bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) coupled to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY purified. Anti-Bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) was immunoaffinity purified using purified Bromodeoxyuridine immobilized on a solid support.
Specifications:	This antibody is suitable for Western blotting and ELISA. Recommended dilutions for Western blotting is between 0.1 and 1.0 ug/ml and for ELISA capture is between 1:200 and 1:500. For IF and IHC, dilute to 5 ug/ml. However, optimal working dilutions for this anti-BrdU should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
