Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified human thyroglobulin. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a human thyroglobulin immunoabsorbant and conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate.
