Full Name:
Affinity Purified Chicken anti-Arabidopsis thaliana SEUSS peptide
Physical State:
liquid
Concentration:
1.0 mg/ml

0.075% Sodium Azide
Procedure:
Chickens were immunized with Arabidopsis thaliana SEUSS peptide (sequence: NQLLAEQQRNKKME) coupled to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY purified. The anti-Arabidopsis thaliana SEUSS antibody was immunoaffinity purified using the peptide mmobilized on a solid support.
Specifications:
This antibody has been successfully used to detect the Arabidopsis thaliana SEUSS protein in Western blots. Recommended dilutions for Western blotting is 1:40,000, incubated at 4°C overnight, used with HRP-Donkey anti-IgY at 1:20,000 (1 hour incubation at room temperature). However, optimal working dilutions for this antibody should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
Storage:
4°C
