Procedure: Chickens were immunized with wheat (Triticum aestivum) flour protein extract. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using wheat gluten immobilized on a solid support.
Specifications: This antibody reacts with gluten from wheat, barley and oats. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions. For Western blots, it is recommended to dilute between 0.1 and 0.5 ug/ml. For ELISA capture, dilute between 0.5 and 2 ug/ml.
