Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with sesame (Sesamum indicum) protein extract. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the sesame proteins immobilized on a solid support.
Specifications:	Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions. For Western blots, it is recommended to dilute between 0.1 and 1.0 ug/ml. For ELISA capture, dilute between 2 and 5 ug/ml.
